Largely unadorned, both the front and back of this box has been cleverly carved so as to present a wavy pattern that is quite unique to this box. This, combined with the light coloring of the wood and the gentle finish that brings out the wood`s swirling grain, this makes for quite the striking image. On its lid you will also find, framed with subtle engravings, a central image of the Tree of Life, sacred as a symbol of the unity of heaven and earth as well as all things that they encompass.
