Payment Options - Payment types accepted : Visa / MasterCard / Discover / American Express / U.S Money Order / U.S. Cashier's check. We do accept mail in payments by United States Money Order or U.S.Cashier's Check ONLY. Personal checks will be returned to you.
Security - Witchstore.net or our vendors, do *not* keep your credit card number on file. All payment information is your property and we will never give out or sell this information. We use 128bit SSL for your ordering security to guarantee your credit card and your identity is never tampered with. We do criminally prosecute the use of fraudulent credit cards to the fullest extent of the law and confirm credit card transactions via CVV, AVS and other secure methods.
United States Orders - Please allow one to three weeks for delivery to the United States however most orders ship out within 10 days. All United States provinces, possessions and APO addresses are also considered U.S. orders.
Worldwide Orders - We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and the U.S. *ONLY* We do NOT ship to any other country. Please allow two to four weeks for delivery to the United Kingdom and Canada.
P.O. BOX Orders - You must leave a valid phone number when placing an order shipping to a P.O. Box so we may contact you otherwise your order will be voided and cancelled.
Gift Card Orders - Visa and Mastercard gift cards may be used to place an order with us, however we must do this via phone. If you wish to place a gift card order, please email us with a phone number and a good time to schedule a call back.
Shipping Charges - U.S. Orders : $5.95 for orders under 1 pound - $8.45 for orders 1 to 2 pounds. All orders over 2 pounds are charged $9.95 no matter how much the weight.
Canada and U.K. orders require extra shipping. Please see your shipping total before checkout for an accurate quote.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail for speedy shipment. Package tracking is provided for all orders via USPS track & confirm. Please double check your address information when placing your order. A correct address is required for proper tracking. Once your order is shipped we will send you a USPS tracking number that you may use to keep track of your order's delivery status. It normally takes 2-3 business days for U.S. orders to arrive once shipped, 5-7 business days for Canada and U.K. orders to arrive once shipped.
Packaging - All orders are shipped discreetly. The only information printed on our witchcraft item boxes is a simple return address and your "mail to" address. We don't even use our vendor labels to protect your privacy and discretion from "prying eyes". All packing material is recycled and re-used by us, we do not endorse the purchase of styrofoam peanuts but urge our customers to save and re-use them as we do.
Backorders - Backorders are rare but do happen on occasion. If an item in your order is backordered beyond our one to three week window, you will be notifed and given shipping options concerning the backorder and the remaining items in your order. Discontinued items are refunded via payment method.
Exchanges & Refunds - If your item arrives broken or is not what you ordered, you can request a refund via same payment method. We have a 30 day return policy. We do require items to be returned prior to a refund. You must pay to ship them back. Items to be refunded must be in unused, resellable condition. We can not refund consumable items. Items to be refunded must be returned within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. We do not charge a re-stocking fee. We do not refund shipping charges once an order has shipped. Orders refunded due to customer cancellation within our advertised delivery window incur a 10% processing fee.
