Carved of wood and antiqued so as to possess an aged appearance, this beautiful chest herb chest is a fantastic addition to any altar or kitchen. Its top features a fantastically carved central, interwoven pentagram bordered by a pattern of smaller pentacles and Celtic knots This carving has been brought to vivid life by a cream-colored paint that appears as though it may have been worn away from the rest of the surface from time and use; an effect of the antiquing methods used in its creation. On both its left and right sides you'll find metal inlays of pentagrams, riveted to the surface and seemingly sheltering the remnants of paint in the same manner as the upper carvings. In a similar manner, the front surface is decorated with four wooden drawers, decorated with patterns of metal inlays and antiqued paint.Each drawer opens with a pull ring to reveal a 3 1/4'' wide, 4'' long, and 1 1/4'' tall space for the storage of your favorite herbs, jewelry, or ritual tools. All of this is built into a tall chest standing 6'' tall, 10'' wide, and 6'' deep. With such attention to detail, each is a unique piece perfect for your sacred space.
